Overview: Jordan School District's Portrait of a Graduate describes the skills that will prepare students for success beyond their K-12 experience. We are committed to providing experiences in our school that lead students towards these skills. To learn and practice these characteristics, students may choose to complete activities in each Portrait of a Graduate category.

JSD Portrait of a Graduate Booklet
Students can earn achievement stickers for each category by completing at least one of the options in each area. The forms for documentation are linked below and are also found in every classroom. As students complete activities, there is a designated place to turn the form in. Students will be recognized for individual characteristics passed off each month. When a student completes all 6 areas they will be recognized at a grade level assembly and the parents will be invited.
