If you have a child that will be five years of age on or before September 1, 2020, the child qualifies for next year’s kindergarten program. State law requires that all school districts in Utah abide by the same September 1st entrance cutoff date.
Enrollment is all online on JSD enrollment page..
Children registering for school will need to provide the following items:
- an Original or certified copy of the student's birth certificate from the Bureau of Vital Statistics
- proof of immunization
- proof of residency
- proof of guardianship
- custodial Parent/guardian picture ID
The main office will make copies of all of these documents from 8 am to 1 pm by appointment. Please call 801-254-8000 ext 2 to schedule a time.
If you have neighbors who have qualifying Kindergarten children, please share this information and encourage them to call the school to get their children registered. Please enroll early!
